MIC

Mortgage Investment Corporation (MIC) allows you to invest in a pool of diversified and well-balanced mortgages.

Shares in the MIC are qualified investments under the Income Tax Act of Canada for RRSPs, RRIFs, TFSAs and RESPs.

A MIC is a flow-through investment vehicle and distributes all its net income to its shareholders.

Our MIC’s strategy is to provide loans of up to 80% of the property value (LTV) in desirable locations and generate a minimum of 8% return annually.

Profits generated by the MIC are distributed on monthly bases to the shareholders.
